This happens, for example, through ordinary access to content, if you sign up for our newsletter, take part in competitions or surveys, or make a booking via the website.

To the extent you explicitly consent and enter the information yourself, we also process your name, phone number and email. This happens in connection with booking a photo session.

Security

We have taken technical and organisational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, degraded, disclosed to unauthorised parties, misused or otherwise processed in breach of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads most likely to be relevant to you, to register your booking, and to deliver the services you have requested, such as contacting you about your photo session. We also use the information to improve our services and content.

Retention period

The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it, so it is not possible to state a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and may click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, and so on, is shared with third parties to the extent this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the "Cookies" section above. The information is used for ad targeting.

We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. They process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as name and email will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that provide your information with adequate protection.

Access and complaints

You have the right to be told which personal data we process about you. You can object at any time to the use of your information, and you can withdraw your consent to the processing of information about you.
