These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of our services. By using our website or booking a session, you accept these terms.

2. General

These terms apply between TindrBoost ("we", "us") and you as the customer ("you"). They cover: use of our website; booking and completing a photo session; and delivery of photos and other services.

3. Booking and payment

When you make a booking via our website, email or other contact, you enter into an agreement with TindrBoost. All prices are stated in DKK including VAT unless otherwise noted. Payment is made by separate arrangement (for example prepayment or after the session). A booking is only finally confirmed once you have received confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking.

4. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation must be made in writing by email. We always do our best to be flexible. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances on our side, a new time is offered.

5. Completing the photo session

By booking, you accept that: the session takes place at the agreed location and time; you arrive on time and prepared; and the result depends on several factors (light, surroundings, cooperation, and so on). We guide you throughout the session to achieve the best possible result.

6. Delivery of photos

Photos are delivered digitally. Delivery time is up to 7 days after the session. Selected photos may be edited. We reserve the right to choose and edit photos in line with our style.

7. Rights to the photos

Your rights:
You receive the right to use the photos for personal use, including: dating profiles (such as Tinder, Hinge and others), social media and private use.

TindrBoost's rights:
We reserve the right to use photos for marketing, our website and social media.
Only if you have given consent. You can withdraw this at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, photos, design) belongs to TindrBoost and may not be copied without permission.

9. Cookies and privacy
We use cookies and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the site, you accept this.

10. Limitation of liability

TindrBoost cannot be held liable for: a lack of matches or results on dating apps; indirect losses; or circumstances beyond our control. We provide a service, not a guarantee of specific results.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, technical problems, and official restrictions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on the website.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the Danish courts.
